Philip Morris Georgia office conveniently sits in the newly restored central district of Tbilisi. The 1100 sq.m office stretches over five floors and is designed for 57 employees. Each floor, depending on its function, is covered with discreetly chosen colors: blue, yellow, red & green.
The office spaces are divided as follows:
The reception takes up the first floor.
The second level, flushed in blue, is dedicated to the conference room, canteen, and yoga room.
The third, yellow level, is held by the marketing and strategic team.
The fourth, red level, sits the sales team, distribution, and call center.
The financial, administrative, and corporate departments, together with the general manager's office, are located on the top green level.
After carefully studying the typology of the modern office, we decided to propose the "Citizen Office" concept, where the office becomes a home-like space. The open office concept leaves room for flexibility, shifting focus on employee well-being and productivity. Giving team members the freedom to decide for themselves where and how to work, so their work is most productive, has positively reflected on employee performance.
The "Citizen Office" concept has allowed us to develop different shared and private spaces for work and leisure purposes. A more fluid, transparent, and dynamic workspace might be the future if organizations want to flourish.
