Cubic Towers Tbilisi

The project site, located in central Tbilisi, sits in a residential area with one of the neighborhood's largest recreational areas, the hippodrome. The area is rich in different tree species. 

The cubic tower exhibits a strong architectural identity rooted in the "vertical street" concept. The building, divided into a total of eight different volumes, is vertically interconnected. By efficiently interlocking the structures, we generated vertical open spaces, forming functional green terraces on top of each building. 

The program of the building is multifaceted, divided between numerous functions. The topmost volume, crowning the highrise, comprises fitness, spa, and restaurant area. The lobby, retail space, cafe, administration, and business center are all spread out on the first floor.

By integrating the public realm into the vertical city, our goal was to create a landmark destination and an unprecedented lifestyle hub. The proposed building, bound to become one of the city's landmarks, is an excellent example of an interconnected vertical city with a mixed-use environment.
